Customer Service & Content Management Specialist


Job Description:


Get in on the ground floor with a VC funded startup and an established e-commerce business in Kyoto. Opportunity to build a range of new skills in a growing, dynamic business.


Main Responsibilities:


Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution


Identify customer pain points and develop strategies to resolve concerns


Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication


Go the extra mile to provide a consistent experience across all customer service and marketing channels ensuring a timely resolution of issues and concerns


Maintain content on websites, ensure all content is relevant and up-to-date


Position Requirements:


Excellent French verbal and written communication skills


Strong organizational and time management skills


Ability to collaborate well with a diverse team


To assist with tasks throughout the organization as needs demandLearn new and regularly improve existing skills


Ability to quickly adapt to new software and applications


Higher priority is given to candidates with:


Written and spoken Japanese


Written and spoken English


Customer service experience


SaaS (Software as a service) experience


SaaS help desk experienceExperience in community management


Experience with international shippingEducation:


A university-level degree or relevant work experience


Other compensation includes overtime compensation, transportation allowance, social insurance (national health insurance, welfare pension insurance, employment insurance, and worker injury insurance), and a discount system for employees to purchase merchandise sold by Bento&co.

Working Hours:9 am – 6 pm Monday - Friday Japan
